Sherman Falls is a 17 metre-high curtain waterfall that is located on private property in Ancaster, Ontario. The owners of the property do allow the general public to visit the falls located along a popular hiking section of the Bruce Trail.
The falls are also in close proximity to Dundas Valley Conservation Area. There are 40 kilometres of trails available to explore around the falls.
A short hike from the edge of the roadway next to the property takes you to the bottom of the valley where the falls are located.
Water flows over the falls and down into the creek below making its way through the forest floor. Trees jet out from the top of the valley and all around the falls allowing rays of sunlight to pierce through.
