Today I was scrolling through Facebook when I just about dropped my phone. A photo that I had taken at the Sifton Bog in London, Ontario was selected to be the cover photo of Canadian Geographic’s Facebook page. They had selected it from their photo club which I am a member of. Not only was it their cover photo, it was also published on their Instagram and as a featured photo on their photo club website.
I was completely in shock as Canadian Geographic is an amazing organization and it has been a dream of mine to have one of my photos chosen to be shown either on their online platforms or in print.
I hope someday to have more of my photos selected by Canadian Geographic but I am so incredibly grateful and humbled for this feature.
